CVD Rough Diamond

CVD diamonds are mainly made of carbon like natural diamonds. Its hardness, density, thermal conductivity, brightness, flash and fire color are almost the same as those of natural diamonds. Due to different growth methods, CVD diamond chemical vapor precipitation method is cleaner; HPHT is a high-temperature and high-pressure method, which will produce some impurities and contain some non carbon elements. The growth environment of CVD determines its high quality, which is why the cost of CVD is high.
